The below rental pricing is billed monthly per user based on a minimum of ten users. However, we do support deployments with as little as four users.

FAQ
What is the minimum contract ?
We do not believe in forcing customers in to long minimum-term contracts. We therefore allow our customers to choose their own minimum contract term, starting from just 12 months.
Can I have a regular desk phone?
Yes – we do support regular desk phones and these can be provided at a small up-front cost. Unlike other providers we won’t ask you to buy big touchscreen phones or an expensive lease.
Is this the best VoIP system?
We think so. Our system is based on Cisco Broadsoft technology which is the #1 Cloud Phone System in the world. We host it on the BT Wholesale network, right here in the UK.
Are there any setup costs?
Setup costs will vary based on the specific organisation and deployment. All setup costs are spread interest-free over your chosen contract term. So nothing to pay up-front.
Can I change my plan?
Customers can change up to a higher plan upon request, at any point during their minimum contract term. We do not charge any setup fees for plan upgrades.
How are calls billed?
Calls are billed on an itemised basis, exactly as you are used to for BT ISDN or analogue lines, but at much cheaper rates. We can also offer a minutes bundle. Ask us for information.
