This is all possible using Microsoft Teams Direct Routing technology. Teams Direct Routing allows us to connect our internet-based telephone lines directly in to Microsoft Teams. You will keep your existing office telephone number.

Calls are made and received using the Microsoft Teams app, which means that your users can take advantage of an existing PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone to make and receive calls. Perfect for staff working from home.

Physical desk phones are supported if you need them, but using Microsoft Teams as a telephone system allows you to avoid purchasing extra hardware at all if desired.
